Project Engineer           Downlod Description Web Developer Job
Project Engineer will be responsible for managing and developing various aspects of land development site work including design of subdivisions, streets, water mains, sewer mains, storm sewer systems, grading plans, erosion control plans, stormwater management plans, processing with various local, state and federal agencies for approvals and permits, construction supervision and construction management. The engineer will be responsible for signing and sealing all drawings prepared under the engineer's supervision. All of the above tasks should be completed in a timely manner with a focus on client relations and client satisfaction. The project engineer should at all times promote the image of Fleming Engineering in the most positive manner. The project engineer shall always promote and protect public safety.
Project Engineer should have a working knowledge of land surveying with the capability of applying surveying data to projects. The project engineer should be capable of creating and managing budgets for engineering and construction with the ability to tailor construction contracts for a specific project. Communication skills will be used to relate to clients and office staff.

Management

The project engineer must be capable of scheduling surveying, drafting and plan processing. The project engineer will be responsible for supervising other technical people such as engineering interns and drafts-persons. The project engineer will be responsible for the schedule of the overall project in addition to intermediate tasks.

Experience

The project engineer should have obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and have a minimum of 5 years experience. The project engineer may have alternate education credentials with more experience.

Pay Range

Salary will be commensurate with experience level.
   Surveying Technician            Downlod Description Land Surveyor
Land Surveying Technician will be responsible for using Autocad 2005 Land Development Desktop to draw various aspects of land development site work including boundary surveys, mortgage surveys, topographic surveys, plot plans, site plans and final plats. Technician should have a working knowledge of land surveying with the capability of interpreting and applying surveying data to projects. The technician will be required to take direction from Professional Land Surveyors to produce plans in a timely and accurate manner. The technician may also be responsible for processing plans with various governmental agencies for reviews and approvals.

Experience

The technician should have a minimum of two years experience with surveying and site development. Proficiency with Autocad is required. Familiarity with TDS software and surveying field experience is a plus.

Pay Range

Salary is commensurate with experience.

Web Developer will be responsible for using Photoshop and studio MX software to develop real estate-related web sites. Some back-end programming required using Visual Basic (ASP), Java Script, and HTML code. XML development a plus.
Developer will be responsible for maintaining web sites and updating with text, diagrams and photos on a weekly basis. Local travel will be required on a limited basis to acquire updated photos, etc. Web site development will range from very simple to interactive.
