Fleming Engineering, Inc. was formed in 1992 to provide land planning, land surveying and site development engineering and consultation services in North Carolina. Since incorporation, the company has grown to include four professional engineers, two registered land surveyors, as well as several engineering interns, engineering technicians and surveying crews. We provide services to residential developers for single-family subdivisions, apartment sites, condominium and townhome complexes, and to developers of commercial and retail sites. We also provide construction-staking services to commercial and residential builders for the placement of structures.
